Reviews and Ratings
I loved the staff's friendliness and the central location near Union Square, making it easy to explore the city. However, the rooms were very small, and I found myself tripping over luggage often. The extra $29 daily fee seemed a bit steep for the amenities offered, which I didn't find particularly beneficial during my stay.
My stay at Hotel Union Square was quite pleasant overall, thanks to the excellent location and amiable staff. The room I had was clean and nicely decorated, although a bit on the smaller side. The area can get busy, especially with the hustle of Union Square nearby, but that's part of its charm. I appreciated having a Walgreens across the street for snacks and essentials, which was very convenient.
I enjoyed the convenience of Hotel Union Square's location, just a block away from Union Square and the cable car line. but the hotel could use significant improvements. The room I stayed in was quite small with a less than appealing view, and the shower pressure was disappointing. The staff were friendly, and I appreciated the complimentary wine reception in the lobby.
My stay at Hotel Union Square had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Union Square, which made it easy to explore. The room was clean and cozy, though a bit smaller than expected, and the lack of air conditioning during my January visit was a concern. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I might consider other options next time.
My stay at Hotel Union Square was a mix of great service and disappointing room conditions. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, the lack of air conditioning and the size of the room fell short of my expectations. The location was perfect for exploring the city, but I wouldn't classify this as a high-end boutique experience.
